How often do we order gadgets like sauna belts, ab machines, and other equipments marketed by fit models, only to realize later that we are unable to get the same results as claimed by the advertiser?
Believe it or not, popular abs exercises such as leg raises, crunches, and well-publicized belly fat reducing machines may not be the most effective solutions to reduce stomach fat.
Ab workouts do not cause stomach fat loss as they target a very small section of your body muscles and are therefore unable to raise your metabolic rate. Abdominal exercises do not burn off belly fat, as you need to perform a full body workout and consume wholesome, nutritional meals if you want to burn stomach fat.
