The most important point to note when looking at healthy eating is to avoid food that is not good for the health of your body. Fatty foods should be taken in the right proportions to avoid problems of overweight. People who take fatty foods in large quantities yet fail to find ways in which their bodies can burn such fats are likely to suffer problems of overweight. Other types of foods that should be avoided are sugary foods.  Taking foods that contain too much sugar does not auger well for the health of your body.
