• Doing cardio exercises for 20-30 minutes at least 3-5 times a week is the best way to tone up your belly. Cardio flat stomach workouts help in increasing the metabolic rate which aids the fat burning processes and boosts your ability to get flat abs. Cardio exercises also improve blood circulation, and the sweating caused during workouts helps in flushing out harmful toxins, thereby cleansing our system in order to get flatter abs.
